  • Commercial real estate loans may be used to refinance existing or acquire a new commercial property.

  • Interest rates may be fixed for 3, 5, 7, 10 or 15 years.
  • Up to 70% loan-to-value, up to 75% in selective cases.
  • Cash out may be possible for renovations or to acquire another property.
  • Commercial real estate loan rates start in the mid 3% range and vary based on type of property, loan amount, loan to value, length of fixed period, financial and operational history of property and credit worthiness of borrowers.
  • Most commercial real estate loans are “hybrid loans” and convert to a variable rate loan after fixed period. 
  • Up to 30 year amortization.
  • Bridge loans are available for unstabilized commercial properties, lease up, distressed acquisitions and other special circumstances.
